Spacious Superior Double Room with a good view of the pool. The air conditioning was refreshing, and the shower was excellent. The outdoor swimming pool was nice, and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the fitness center and spa services too. Great place for relaxation and comfort.

I encountered numerous issues during my stay that left me quite frustrated. The internet was exasperatingly slow, despite having multiple access points available. Additionally, the dining options were disappointingly limited, and the service in the restaurant could have been much quicker.

The front desk staff was exceptionally attentive and ensured a smooth check-in process, which made my arrival much more pleasant.

The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise compared to other places I've stayed. The buffet options were diverse, catering to different tastes, even though I found the omelette lacking. On the downside, we encountered a significant issue with the hot water. it was frustrating to deal with cold showers on our first night after a long journey. The dining service could also use some speed, as we found ourselves waiting longer than expected for our meals. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making Boma Inn a good choice if you're looking for comfort and a serene stay in Eldoret.

this was my second stay in eldoret, and boma inn exceeded my expectations during our honeymoon. the spacious room had a nice view of the pool, and the staff, especially jackson and kenneth, made us feel so welcome. i really enjoyed the diverse menu options and tasty meals.

the hot water in the shower was inconsistent.
